Prepare
- Slice the chicken into small pieces and marinate it for about 10 minutes within the marinade. You can also use Ketjap soy sauce if you prefer a sweeter taste. Bake the chicken well and let it cool down so you can add it later on to the salad.
- Cut the sweet tomatoes half, cut the cucumber in small slices, and very importantly slice the radishes thinly.
- Mix your Rucola salad with the tomatoes, cucumber, and pine nuts. Cut the cheese into small blocks and mix it with the rest of the salad.
- Now add the chicken together with the salad dressing and mix everything well.
