Prepare

  1. Slice the chicken into small pieces and marinate it for about 10 minutes within the marinade. You can also use Ketjap soy sauce if you prefer a sweeter taste. Bake the chicken well and let it cool down so you can add it later on to the salad.
  2. Cut the sweet tomatoes half, cut the cucumber in small slices, and very importantly slice the radishes thinly.
  3. Mix your Rucola salad with the tomatoes, cucumber, and pine nuts. Cut the cheese into small blocks and mix it with the rest of the salad.
  4. Now add the chicken together with the salad dressing and mix everything well.
