Prepare

  1. Cook the Asian style noodles according to package directions.
  2. Whisk the teriyaki sauce together with the prepared clove of garlic in a medium size bowl and set it aside.
  3. Chop your chicken and stir fry them until they are light brown and white on the inside
  4. Cut all your veggies and sauté them with your sesame oil for about 5 minutes, stirring them occasionally. Once the veggies are ready add the whisked sauce for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the chopped chicken to your sautéed vegetables, at this time you can taste and season with salt and pepper if needed. Add cooked noodles and toss everything together. The noodles will absorb all the extra sauce.
  6. Garnish and serve with your chopped parsley and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 350 grams of chicken
  • Noodles, any Asian style noodles will work, like rice noodles, udon noodles, ramen, etc.
  • A small red onion
  • A small leek
  • Red chili pepper
  • Clove of garlic
  • Bell peppers - I chose a green and a red one, just for the different colors, but use whatever you like most
  • Garlic - I hardly ever make a dish without adding some garlic.
  • Fresh parsley as topping
  • Teriyaki wok sauce of choice
  • Sambal Badjak
  • Sesame oil
