Prepare

  1. Cook the rice according to package directions
  2. Chop your chicken and stir fry them in the sesame oil until they are light brown and white on the inside
  3. Add all your veggies to the chicken and stir fry them together for an additional 5 minutes, stirring them occasionally. Once the veggies are ready add the sweet and sour sauce for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add your rice to the mix and toss everything together. The rice will absorb all the extra sauce.
  5. Garnish and serve with your chopped parsley and enjoy!
