Prepare
- Cook the rice according to package directions
- Chop your chicken and stir fry them in the sesame oil until they are light brown and white on the inside
- Add all your veggies to the chicken and stir fry them together for an additional 5 minutes, stirring them occasionally. Once the veggies are ready add the sweet and sour sauce for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Add your rice to the mix and toss everything together. The rice will absorb all the extra sauce.
- Garnish and serve with your chopped parsley and enjoy!

- 300 grams of brown rice
- 350 grams of chicken
- 1 bottle of Go-Tan original sweet and sour wok sauce (240 ml)
- Asian style vegetables of choice
- Sesame oil
- Fresh parsley as a topping
